I know this because I lived it.
For years, I thought I was confident and strong — but I kept finding myself in patterns I couldn’t explain. I would over-give in relationships, stay too long in situations that drained me, and secretly doubt if I truly deserved the good things that came my way.

It wasn’t until I started doing deep healing work — blending somatic practices, tapping, and deep rest — that I began to unhook from those stories. The shift was life-changing. I felt lighter, calmer, and more grounded in my worth than I ever thought possible.
