Proud mama of three, wife to my amazing man, and caretaker of one delightfully sassy cat.

Years ago, heartbreak cracked my life open. Divorce, loss, and uncertainty left me wondering who I really was without the old roles and stories. Even when I found love again, something was still missing. I was still searching for myself in someone else’s eyes, still waiting to feel visible, worthy, wanted.

So I went inward. I started healing. Layer by layer, I began to peel back the old beliefs, reclaim my identity, shift my energy, and finally come home to myself.

Everything changed from there. My relationships, my confidence, my joy.

Now I support mature women who feel lonely or unseen in their relationships. Women navigating midlife with a quiet ache, wondering, “Is it too late to become someone new?”
