Years ago, my own painful heartbreak and divorce cracked my life wide open. It shattered my sense of self, my friendships, my trust in life, my body, and my connection to abundance. It was more than heartbreak — it was an identity crisis that made me wonder: Who am I without the old roles and stories? But it didn’t stop there. Even after I found love again, I realized that without healing my old wounds, I was still searching for myself in other people’s eyes — waiting to feel worthy, visible, wanted. Doing the deep trauma work, tapping layer after layer of old beliefs, reclaiming my identity, and shifting my energy brought me back to myself — and changed the way my relationships showed up for me too. Now, I guide mature women — wives, mothers, grandmothers — who feel lonely or unseen in their marriage or relationship to heal what’s stale, shift their frequency, and hold themselves (and their partners) as sacred. So they can choose connection or freedom from true wholeness.
