Urszula is a trauma informed coach, EFT Tapping Master Practitioner, and holistic lifestyle mentor. She facilitates several healing modalities, including RTT hypnotherapy, Chakra Activation, The Energy Codes® remote healing, Laughter Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
Born and raised in a communist country, she knows firsthand how fear, scarcity, and emotional silence can shape a child’s heart. Her own healing journey through trauma, emigration, and family patterns inspired her to support others in reclaiming their worth, softness, and power.
