Thank you for choosing to participate in a SHINE workshop.
Please read the following terms carefully before completing your registration.
By submitting your payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment & Registration
- Your spot is reserved upon full payment.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- The workshop fee is non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule once to a future SHINE workshop of equal value.
- To reschedule, you must notify us at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the workshop start time.
- No reschedules are available within 72 hours unless in the case of a medical emergency (documentation may be requested).
3. Cancellations by the Facilitator
- In the rare event the workshop is cancelled by the facilitator (due to illness, venue issues, or other unforeseen events), all participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to a future workshop of your choice
4. Liability & Health Disclaimer
By participating in this workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are voluntarily engaging in physical movement, guided meditation, emotional release work, and deep relaxation techniques.
- You assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the session.
- You agree not to hold the facilitator or venue liable for any injury, emotional distress, or unforeseen reaction arising from participation.
- This workshop is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If you are currently under care for a mental health condition, please consult your provider before participating.
5. Participant Agreement
- You agree to respect the space, the facilitator, and fellow participants.
- You agree to keep all shared experiences confidential and uphold a non-judgmental, supportive atmosphere.
- You understand that this is a personal growth experience, not a clinical therapy session.
