Growing up, the concept of self-care was unfamiliar. It wasn’t hidden—it simply wasn’t known. By the time I reached my 50s, aging began to show up not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Menopause—and especially the hot flashes—was the final straw. I knew something had to change.
I dove deep into books, research, and holistic practices. That’s when I realized: I had never learned how to take care of my mind, body, and spirit in a truly balanced way. But I was determined to make a change.
Over the past decade, I’ve created a personal self-care program that transformed my life. Today, in my 60s, I feel stronger, more vibrant, and more beautiful than ever before.
